We recently watched the dancers of Verb Ballets learning Adam Hougland’s K281, a dance set to Mozart’s Piano Sonata No. 3, K281. Setting the choreography on Verb was Jill Marlow Krutzkamp who danced in the original cast.
In these 2 photos Krutzkamp is rehearsing dancers Kelly Korfhage and Antonio Morillo in the second movement of K281.
More of the same. Notice all the dancing on the edges of the studio as other dancers practice what they’ve learned. The man in the red shirt with his back to the camera is Verb’s Associate Director Richard Dickinson, said to have a photographic memory for movement.
